Any Telephone calls that You make to Our customer service help line may be monitored or recorded. This will help Us to train Our staff and improve Our service to You. A recording will only be used under proper and careful supervision. Our customer service help line is available Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm GMT. All calls will be charged at national rate.

Should You arrange an appointment with a ‘Broker' they are responsible for providing You with information on what You will have to pay for their services. They may receive payment from the recommended service provider and/ or charge a fee. This is known as "fee and commission basis" or "fee only basis".
Payment for other products and services linked from the Website will be made on the relevant provider's website.
