was founded by George Pornaris so that he could implement
his skill and experience and be able to advise and arrange
mortgages and many other products to his clients.
The only way to do this was by becoming directly authorised
by the Financial Services Authority. (FSA) is the independent
watchdog set up by the government to regulate financial
services and protect your rights. This also gave George
the opportunity to be able to offer products from the whole
of market which in his opinion should be very important
when obtaining advice from a broker. This is because many
firms work under an umbrella of a larger company and are
known as appointed reps and are therefore limited to a panel
of lenders they can go.

During George’s time working in another mortgage company
it became evident how important it is to ensure that all
clients are able to obtain the best advice for their needs
and setting up his own company has enabled him to do that.
Our policy is simple, to treat our customers fairly.
Many of you who have gone elsewhere to obtain advice may
feel that if a broker is polite and gets you a mortgage
without any delay that they have treated you fairly. The
only way you can be treated fairly is for a broker to be
able to sit down with a client and go through a detailed
fact find to determine past , present and future financial
situations and plans and to ensure that the client fully
understands every aspect of this.
No Fee
Many brokers charge either a set fee or a percentage for
arranging a mortgage and over the years we have seen some
painfully expensive fees charged which in our opinion should
not happen. This is why our commitment to you is that we
will never charge a fee for advising or arranging on any
of our services.
